All you do is throw 4-5 nuts in the little cotton bag and reuse until all the saponin is gone. Normal use about 4-6 loads of laundry. They work best in warm water.Composte when finished.If that is not 100 % natural then I dont know what is.You can make a liquid cleaner from just boiling the nuts with water.A little essential oil can be added if you prefer. Window and galass cleaner, carpets, dishes, floors , walls, bathrooms ,cars, pets etc.
